Offerings
Gardening services & info
I am currently commuting to most jobs by bicycle, therefore my radius is contained (roughly 3 miles from Bridport), and my tool set is very refined by what I can strap to my bike. I can also drive when the needs must.
I offer gardening and maintenance services. £200 day rate, £25ph.
Here are a few services I offer: Maintenance, wildlife-friendly planting, weeding & clearing, strimming, hedge cutting, compost turning, planting consultation, kitchen garden set up, garden photography.
Here are the services I'm eager to learn: Landscaping, building retaining walls, hedge laying, paving, garden structures, scything, managing orchards.
Please reach out if you have any spare time to teach any of the above, or you would be looking to employ and train. Thanks!

Gardening history
I have worked as a gardener for various clients/employers over the past 5 years. I eventually met my partner on a job in Somerset, where I was a gardener and she was the garden designer.
Not too long before that happened, I was working for a garden deisgn firm in London as their in house graphic designer. I was able to help the landscape architects by drawing 2d/3d models in a design software. Little by little was being exposed to the London garden deisgn world.
During this time I completed an RHS Level 2 course in Plant Growth and Propagation to develop my knowledge as a gardener. Both these two actions put me a good stead to reach out and find my own work once left London for my home county of Dorset.
I have also worked for the ever inspiring entomologist Clive Farrell. My role was gardener and butterfly house caretaker. This was a remarkable opportunity to surround myself with expreinced colleagues and work at one of the most creative yet diverse wildlife habitats in Dorset
I eventually ended up in the market town of Bridport. It is here that I now run my gardening services from.
